We had a great turn out at the Breakfast today April 21,2007. We missed the ones who did not make it, hopefully next time. Do you remember these people? Every one looked fantastic.
I hope you guys are doing well. Life has been good for me and my family during the past six years in Virginia. We've even managed to get some Beach property in North Carolina. Hope all are well. Has anyone seen Chris Buschy?

On March 26th, 2007 the Aurora Police Department lost another hero. Officer Doug Byrne was en-route to a medical emergency call at 6th and Laredo in Aurora. A motorist who did not yield to a police vehicle entered Doug’s lane of travel. Doug was forced to swerve to avoid hitting the motorist, which caused his car to hit the median and roll. Doug was ejected from his cruiser. The vehicle that caused this accident then fled the scene. Doug suffered massive head and chest injuries and succumbed to them at approx. 0210 hrs. This is the 2nd brother we have lost in 6 months. Doug was a former Marine and a Gulf War Veteran. He is survived by his parents and girlfriend. The funeral will be held March 30th 1000 hours at the Heritage Christian Center located at E Florida Ave and Dayton St. His body will be interned at Fort Logan at 1400 hours.

Everyone is encouraged to come and share stories. Dusty is also in the process of compiling a book with the names and address's of everybody who worked security at Rocky Flats. Hello, Ken finally has a mailing address. I know that he would appreciate any support from his friends. Communication is really poor right now, so snail mail seems to be the best option. Letters require only a normal .39 cent stamp.

I arrived in Camp Kalsu, Iraq. I finally got a minute to put this note out. Thank you for all your prayers, it helped on the chopper ride in. Will tell you later how that went. Beautiful day here, the dust reminds me of Arkansas. I know that is hard to believe, but I am trying to find a sense of ownership. Miss everyone, will write as soon as I get on some kind of a schedule. Ken
Hi everyone, I could not say till now, but I arrived in Kuwait this morning. It was early and I knew it was better to wait till you are awake. I miss you all and will let you know how the next couple of weeks unfold. Thank you for all your prayers and remember my Team Mates. Love to you all, Ken
